The Firm has a qualified team specialized and with a wide experience in the area of Labor Law, advising regularly public and private companies, in relation with the recruitment and dismissal of employees, material modification to working conditions (salaries, geographical and functional mobility, etc.), restructuring processes and collective dismissal (EREs/ERTEs), collective bargaining agreements and strikes, senior executive contracts, as well as the legal management of different labor conflicts, both in administrative and judicial review.

Our Labor Law Team provides advice in a coordinated way with diverse areas of the Firm’s practice and, in particular, with the Corporate Law department, for, amongst other matters, the advice in execution of labor audits (“due diligence”), redaction and supervision of senior management contracts (permanence, non-competence, non-disclosure clauses) and the elaboration of incentive and compensation plans, including, among other things, stock option plans, phantom shares, etc.

In this area it is highlighted the successful experience of JGH & ABOGADOS in numerous ERES and, in particular, its negotiating capacity.
